Bad Customer Service

I am totally not happy with service received at Cell Customer Service

I called their customer service to do a Sim swap on a Number That I have been using for more 5 years and I can't seem to find help regarding that, two of the customer Consultant spoke to where very impatient and rude.

I tried doing the Sim Swap at their store as well in Clearwater but I have coz apparently there is Someone's Name appearing on my number. I mean I lost this Sim card about two to 3 weeks now. It's sad cause when I try to call this Number it's always off so I don't Understand when they say it's on someone's name.

I really need this number, I use this number for almost everything it's my whatsapp number and it's on my Resume as well.
