Bad customer service

I have been a customer with Cell c for over 8years now but cleary they do not value their customers at all for over three weeks now i have been sending emails after i phoned the customer service line and they told me i had to email a bank statement to get it sorted out which i have done but still no feed back they double debited my account making my other debit orders bounce and now they can't even answer an email such poor customer service
