Bad Customer service

Have been a cell c customer for over 10years.last week I had several agents calling me from cell c to upgrade.After several calls they offered me a Packard bell laptop, but delivered a Packard bell notepad.When I called 135 I was just told that they sorry someone will get back to me .No one has contacted me .But when they need a upgrade from you ,they contact you several times in one day.If I could would give them zero stars.They not aware of what packages are been offered. Very disappointing
