Bad customer service

Besides the bad customer service cell c call center agents have no regard for us.I app**** for a contract end nov 2015...didnt like the phone,returned it.Went to my nearest outlet and took another one and their said my old contract will be cancel on to find out end of january its not.Had to pay for two phones one am nt even using and considering how hard it was for me to even get the 1st contract i fail to understand how their could give me give me another one.Called the call centre...tossed around and around and around through to every department,listening to peoples conversations.Ridiculous and pathetic.Until today am still waiting for them to get back to me.
