bad customer service

kindly advise I had a contract with C Cell for 24 Month of which that 24 months ended in January but C Cell Still debt my account for benefits that I am not even using them, I have tried several times to cancel the account with no luck, I have gone to cell C shop and the has given a number to call that they never answer, I have run out of options.
