Bad Customer Service

The service I received at Cell C Maponya was so disgusting, this lady who was not even wearing a name tag, I approached her greeted her she did nit respond, told her I need to add another contact on top of the one I have told her I called and I told them I don't have my ID then advice me to go in store with my copy since I'm an existing customer she just looked at me and told me "not here" while laughing instead of her explaining to me why and how they work I was very disappointed in the level of the service I got just felt like canceling all my contacts can't be a paying customer and be treating like I'm so ****.. That's totly unacceptable
