Bad Customer Service

Worst Customer Service. The systems are not in sync. I spoke to over 5 consultants and none of them can resolve my problem. I was told I would receive an SMS in the next 5 minutes by the "back office" lady, which never came, and when phoned back the "new" person told me that the status of what I was told is done is still not done. For all the calls they still require you to do their security checks which don't make sense. They take so much pride in security checks which never leads to anything thereafter, it's just a tick box for nothing.
