Bad Customer Service

on the 12th April 2021 i wrote on this platform about bad service i have been getting from Cell C. A lady ,who called herself Social Media Officer-Cell C (Thabile)called me and promised to look into my query and she will revert to me on the following day the 13th April 2021.To this day she still has not called and i am frustrated by Cell C lack of urgency and cavalier attitude towards resolving my query. Anyone who wants to do business with Cell C, i would certainly discourage that person from doing so.
