Bad customer service

I called the cell C customer servive to cancel my cellphone contrat with them, I was being transferred to different people. I first spoke to Khosi who told me she's tranferring me to the relevant department then Ispoke to Lesego who was unpleasant over the phone and he told me the same sory which Khosi has already told me. I was then tranferred to Ntokozo whoalso told me the very same thing and I asked her to give me the direct nber where I can call and cancell the contract. She told me she cannot give me he number as she first have to do a security check then I asked her of how many security checks will be done before I get to the relevant department ,then she said to me that she won't give me the number. I am wondering now where the customer service is there. Do they think I'll ever buy any of their products whereas I get such treatment. Their consultants don't have good customer services.
