Bad customer service

I don't know if it's only me or does all the Cell C Custer service agents have bad attitudes, I never get assistance for what I call for. I so very much wish the new people taking over the company will bring a new customer centric attitude.

I have a contract with Cell C that has been a nightmare since day one, I was in arrears on my account of which I payed in full last week. Yesterday my account was debited more than the monthly bill and when one call the call center you get arrogant assistance and u are still ask to rate the service.

It is very frastrating, Cell C only calls back when u reverse the money, day light *******.
