Bad customer service

I was debited on the 27th of December yet my debit date is last day of the month. When I called customer service the lady nozipho said it's because of holidays and I told her I do not get paid on the 27 now I am charged an extra R70. 00. I said I rather cancel the contract she says the cancelation department do not work on weekends
