Bad customer service
Good day
I would like to report a very very very bad customer service from Gugu at Cell C Maponya mall Soweto, that girl doesn't know how to treat or interact with customers 2/3 weeks ago I went there to report my ****** phone so that I can get the number that I need to provide when I'm opening a case, this is the 3rd time she served me in all 3 occasions she had an attitude, grumpy and doesn't care she's acting as if she doing you a favor she needs to work in a store room not with customers she's so unprofessional. I filled form for my ****** phone I'm still waiting for that number to be able to to open a case.

06 Dec 2022, 15:30She never gave me a copy she told me I would receive sms because it was a Friday she told me I would wait for 4 to 5 working days because that department is not working over the weekend
