Bad customer service
Good day. I'd like to report on bad customer service I experienced at the newly opened Cell C Rustenburg Mall in the North West. One of the ladies working there by the name of Maureen Ncube was the worst. She has no manners. Talks with an attitude to customers as if she's doing us a favour, very unfriendly and frankly not quite helpful at all. Her treatment was totally unacceptable. She seemed irritated whenever questions were asked about products in the shop.
Bad image on the shop and network...
