Bad customer service

I've ordered a new contract on the 1ste of February 2022 , The lady said it would be delivered within 3-5 working days, its been 21 and i haven't received it yet. Iven been calling cell c 5 time a day, they keep transferring me to the next consultant and then i hold the line for 30 - 50 minutes without anyone helping me. I've send cell c a bunch of emails as well they don't respond to them either
