Bad Customer service
I have tried to change my debit order date with Cell C but now they are saying it can only be changed from September. I need my debit order to go off on the 28th of august as well but cell is saying they can only change it from next month. how can that be if I am already notifying them now not to deduct it 20th of august but rather 28 august. This is affecting my account with the bank if the debit bounces. I need someone from cell to contact me asap. my cell is ***.

Apologies for the delayed response.
Our records indicate that your debit order date was changed on 13/08/2019 by the Tygervalley branch. The consultants were correct in advising you that the change will only take effect in the month of September, as the change was requested after the bill run for the current month.
