Bad customer service
After writing a review about Cell C here on hellopeter I got am email from Cell C saying I should text them privately. I did that. To date no one has given me a way forward.

27 May 2019, 15:30Hi i got your response from HelloPeter. This is my Id number ********** 465083. I had an account with cellc i lost my job and couldnt pay anymore. Debt collector's harrasing me for payments i told them am not working il try pay. 3months back my balance had escalated to 1600 they stopped calling... id call cellc countless times even went to branch at menlyn no help. Last week i get a call sayinh i know owe 2500. I don't afford it and i wont pay for something i don't know. I want invistigation nd help
