Bad customer Service

Cell C Oakfields in Benoni is the worst unused full people, the manager say he will phone you back but nothing happens, if i go to the shop he is always on lunch. i struggle with my debit order from i upgrade by them end off January. they take double debit orders of, and then they take the new debit order off and bay it back to me, i dont know what they want to do, the app off cell c says one thing and the staff say something els.
