Bad customer service

I took a contact with cell c 2 years back, our agreement was that the y debit 350 for a period of 24 months. My contact was due in November last year. I called in to cancell and this people have debiting money till to date. I called for some assistance with no luck from their team. The only I got from them was a reference number( ********** 616) its been over 2 months now still waiting for them to call me. Everytime I call them its like those people are not trained how to deal with customers. They are the worst service provider I had to deal with. I wouldn't let anyone I know to sign up a contract with them.
