bad customer service

i would like to get my line unsuspended PLEASE !!! NOT FOR WHAT BUT FOR EMERGENCY CASES!!!!! I have made arrangements with you guys already for my 1 month arrears to be deducted on the 26/01/2019 but you guys decide to suspend both my lines , Even if its just my mobile number that is ********** 118 that you unsuspend , but i urgently need this done. yesterday i also spoke to a consultant regarding this matter and she was utterly rude, speaking over me and loud too, im a consultant too and i know about customer service and that was not at all , she placed me on hold for also about 10 min which is super long and its frustrating to every time speak to you guys and get treated like trash all the time. please get this sorted for me.
