Bad customer service

I called cellc for a cellphone contract and spoke to Desmond Sithole who sold me Nokia 1 phone saying it comes with accessories cover in red blue and grey. When I received the delivery those covers were not there I have called cellc sales department four times asking to speak to Desmond Sithole as advised by one of the consultant with no help first time they said he had left for home they will email him to contact me second time he was on lunch third time he was in a meeting. And today I got to speak to him he apologized said he will contact the dispatch department he was made aware the he gave me false information about the cover he was just told the phone does not come with them I then asked so will they come collect the phone or what because I want those covers they are the reason why I agreed to the contract he said he will get back to me today before the end of the day now it's 17:27 I haven't heard from him.
