Bad customer service.

Bad service at cell c mall of the south. the manager (Ruth Madidimala) is rude. i had to take my phone to Cell C headoffice and now getting th phone is a mission

Do we really have to write on hellopeter to get helped really??????? If the lady at mall of the south did her job correctly I don't think I was going to waste my time going around asking for assistance with my phone. The repairs department ON Monday promised they will deliver my phone at Southgate mall ,now its not delivered they telling me of technical issue they having to change the location for my phone. they had 3days to fix that but no!!!!!!! When I call now they telling me about their internal issues seriously !!!!!!!!!! they don't even text or call just to let you the whereabouts of the process. I'm ending my relationship with CELL C just poor customer service whilst we pay for it.
