Bad customer service

I had a very bad customer service in festival mall cell c. I got an sms from a sales consultant names samkelo/ samkeliwe. I got an sms from cell c repair centre saying I must go to cell c festival mall to get a new phone because they couldn't fix my phone due to no spares. When I got there the sales consultant told me that they havent received a phone from repair centre I tried to explain to her and the she requested a job card that I did not have with me o told her that I dont have it with me she started to point me with her finger telling me that she wot help me without that job card I must go to the police station to do an affidavit saying that I dont have a job card. I dont understand why she behaved like that I am really not happy with cellc.
