Bad Customer Service

What a pathetic company for phones this is... Loyalty means nothing to this place!!! Im so disgusted and disappointed and ****ing irritated with Cell C, I am canceling all 5 of my contacts the weekend. I have been with Cellc since 2016. I have 5 contracts with them, which amounts to almost R2500 every month!! Now that im due for an upgrade they tell me yes come in you can get this phone and that phone but they check my credit score and say it's 0 which is impossible!!! Of course it has been covid and money was scarce but cell c got their 2.5 K every month via debit order from my account without any hassles and no missed payments now that its time to upgrade they want to tell me i only qualify for a sim with 100 rand airtime and that i can upgrade immediately with this new sim. Sounds like a ridiculous **** to me to make more money out of a person!!!! So for 6 years these ****** got their money via debit order but dont want to help me with an upgrade!!! Im fed up and will be canceling all my contracts with them as loyalty means nothing to them!!! Everyone on social media will hear about this story as its pathetic. Cell C is in anyways a **** network. who works off a tower from your competitors?? useless bunch of let me rather just stop... They wont be seeing me very soon!!! Viral trend loading

After many attempts to upgrade yesterday they told me my credit record was bad and i couldn't get a device. Receiving messages saying my contract was migrated from a 2GB to a 1GB top up. Can you please explain to me why are they migrating me if the contract wasn't approved and also this morning i only received 500mb of data which is bull****. Im paying for a 2 GB pinnicle contract someone better contact me or i will be taking this further.
