Bad customer service

I was there to report my ****** cellphone at cell c maponya mall. I was assisted by a rude lady who was not wearing a name tag and claimed her name was ntombi nkosi ( I doubt that is even her name) she told me she couldn't assist me because I didnt have a phone box. I rushed home and came back with the box . She asked for an ID and I told her I had only my license and that my ID was ****** together with my phone. She shouted at the top of her voice in front of other clients telling me she could help me and didn't even give me alternatives on how I can be assisted without an ID. I'm very disappointed with the service as I trusted your brand hence I bought my phone at the shop and used ur network. Please teach your staff on how to speak to clients. Regards S. Ngwashenf
