Bad customer service

I would put zero stars if I could. I have not had one person from cell C contact me regarding my last review or my multiple emails. I went in store for assistance and the workers their are even more frustrated as they can see I don't owe anything to cell C. But yet I can't be upgraded after being a loyal customer for 5yrs!!!!

I don't know how to get this sorted out.
