bad customer service

<p>I've been trying to get hold of cell c legal department for the past three weeks but my calls go unanswered. Even if i call Cell C customer care, they put me through and i hold for like 40 minutes and then the call gets cut off. Is there anyone in that department or is everyone on leave ? This ********** number is useless by the way cause it never gets answered. Someone please call me as I have an urgent matter I need Cell C Legal to sort out for me. </p>
