BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p><br />Case ********** 30.</p> <p>I have lost my my cellphone on friday the 2nd/06/2017 and blocke my sim with cell c customer service.</p> <p>When i went to the police station to open a case I was told they will neeed ITC number in order to open the case of which I phone zcell Customer care using my alternative number of which the agent told me it is reflecting on her side and she will send me a case number after the call of which she didn't, and I was told I will get the ITC number within 24-48 hours.</p> <p>I followed up again on Sunday the 04/06/2017 and was told that my case is still pending because the ITC department doesn't work on weekends and I should phone back on Monday the 05/06/2016 at 17:00</p> <p>I followed up again this morning and was told that the person that logged the case for me didn't take my alternative number hence its taking too long and I gave my alt number</p> <p>I then received a call from customer care and I was told they are unable to assist because my sim card was Rica'd by a different person and I was transferred SOME TRADE PARTNER DEPARTMENT WHOM THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN ONLY ASSIST IF IM PHONING FROM THE CELL C STORE AND THEY DONT UNDERSTAND WHY I WAS EVEN TRANSFERRED TO THEM.</p> <p>CAN YOU PLEASE TELL WHAT IS IT THAT I NEED TO DO IN ORDER TO GET MY ITC NUMBER THAN TAKING ME FROM PILLAR TO POST.</p>
