Bad customer service

<p>Hi ,I was recruited to join the cell C Get More offer because I've got a cellphone contract with them of which I agreed to join as it was a good thing to get discounts,after a month of them deducting money I called them to get a discount at ocean basket they told me the restaurant is not on their broucher,OK but when I agreed to be on board they never explained that they have a broucher which I have to check with my own data and choose from what they have ,But I'm paying them every month so after that i have been struggling to cancel it as they are dropping my calls when ever I tell them I want out I have contacted them several times they always promise to get a consultant to proceed with the cancellation its been 2 months now nothing is happening.</p> <p>I called again 2 days ago spoke to a cell c agent by the name of Gugulethu who took my details and confirmed them so she said hold on let me transfer u to a consultant then hung up ever since I haven't received any call...please help</p>
