Bad Customer Service

<p>I recently went into a Cell C store in Westwood Mall a week ago with my dad for an upgrade. I chose a specific device and was advise by the consultant she will order the device for me. She also advise me she is not sure if they do have stock and it will take about a week to get it. A week passed and I was not called or even update on the process. this is very unproffessional. This store has no interest in customers. when you walk in no one attends to you. you have to go and ask for help!!! Due to the lack of service by the consultant it has caused an issue between myself and my dad which could have been avoided if she had done her job. I also called the store to follow up and a guy advise me he will get someone to call me back but nobody did.</p>
