Bad Customer service
<p>Cell C has such an unprofessional call centre consultant. I spoke to Lindiwe today 14:45 who raised her voice and didn't give me a chance to talk. She kept making assumptions which is very disrespectful because I'm telling her what the problem is and what happened but she kept shouting at me and demanding what happened. She keeps bursting in when I'm explaining and she didn't even help me correctly. She has a huge attitude. I'm disappointed in Cell C that a customer gets treated like this. Clearly your consultant is not aligned with the company's values which you constantly advertise. Such a disappointment and waste of time</p>
