Bad customer service

<p>Sometime I ask myself why I had to take out a contract with cellc??!course @ first I went to one of the stores to hand in my phone for repairs course the screen was smashed in less then 2 months that I had it and couldn't be helped then now I called them about a month back to ask why they debiting so much money from my account and they told me of some Getit thing that I don't know about,so I told her to cancel that thing and refund me my money back then they told me it's gonna take 10 to 15 days for them to return to me and haven't heard from them ever since...They so quick in debiting my money but fail to sort out my problem,I just want this contract to end course cellc is useless</p>
