Bad customer service
Bad customer service, i had a. Account with them, i couldn't pay for some time, they sold my debt to Shapiro shaikh, they kept on increasing my debt daily i asked for settlement and discount they refused, i therefore paid the full settlement, same day they called and gave me another balance that was above the first balance. Till today i am awaiting my paid up letter and they say o must wait 21 days. So unfair. Never ever take contract with cell c
