Bad customer service

I would like to talk about the worst service ever received at cell c, where I had purchased contract phone and two months later I get call from their customer service saying I owe money and when I checked with the store apperantly the system picked up an old account of mine which is capitec that's no longer active instead of the standard bank account that I had given in..

Now the account is handed over to the lawyers where as this was not my fault
