Bad customer service

Terrible customer service. I was told I would receive a paid up letter within 48 hours. It's a week later. Another mobile carrier responded within 24 hours. Very bad service.

We spoke to an agent who gave us a different e-mail address ( *** ). We e-mailed proof to this email and have still not received a paid up letter after more then 48 hours again. Proof has also been e-mailed to *** as well.

We are currently waiting for a pay over from SSDA. As soon as the funds reflects on our side the paid up letter will be released.

This is honestly pathetic service. Paid up letter was sent through by Shabir Shaik and Associates 3 times to CellC since the 27th of May. I am extremely disappointed.

Shapiro Shaik and Associates, we just got off the line with them to confirm and they cannot understand why CellC says they are waiting for a paid up letter which was sent more than a week ago.

It is almost another 24 hours since we were told that a follow up would be made. Nobody from CellC has contacted us yet.
