Bad customer experience, Cellc is a *******.

I've had a cellphone contact with Cellc in 2018 due to the loss of my job at the very same year I have failed to pay and honour the agreement.. However from 2020 I have been going to the Cellc stores and calling Cellc legal department being sent from pillar to post trying to make payment arrangement no body can pick up my account but the account shows at my credit record with huge sum of of R33000 from R14000 debt. Some said my account is sold to RCS that's why it's accumulating so much interest however I have never received any collection call.. Cellc
