Bad customer experience

I would just like to say that cell c is 1 of the worst service providers ever.. When ever they require you to take up a contract the consultants will sweet talk you just so you can sign up but soon as you have issues the consultants in store will direct you to the call centre.. When you call the call centre they will ask you to see someone in store.. Cell c staff dont know what they are doing.. Your guys need to catch a wake up.. Its because of yourls attitude that people dont like supporting you guys.. I will never take up a contract at cell c.
