BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Please be advised that I took on a new contract with Cell C on the 08 March 2019. The package was on promotion (Limited Fantastic Friday) and I knew about it through SMS that I have received from Cell C. The product description is FF: Huawei E5573bs-322 Mifi Pocket Router Lte on Smart Data 20GB TopUp at R249 pm x 24 with Total 40GB Data p.m. (additional 20GB Nite Time Data) 20GB Free Giganite Bundle for Smart data LTE Monthly Discount 50.53% Variable Percentage Discount – Discount Access. Cell C charged me R1247.80 on the 22/04/2019, I went to Cell C outlet at the MAC (Sandton) where I signed up the contract and they can not explain why. I called Cell C customer service on several occasions and they told me the department that deals with my query is on strike. I have sent emails to Cell C ********** on the 17/04, 24/04 and 30/04/2019 and still no feedback on my query. I want them to fix my contract to be R249.00 only as per adverti*****t.
