Bad customer experience

I have been a Cell C customer for a long time and recently received a terrible service from the franchise,I called to upgrade my package they gave me a phone I accepted but my data contract they gave me a wrong package and no one is willing to help after numerous calls and emails and their WhatsApp data doesn't even work but,cell c you are very disappointing and unprofessional
