Good Day To whom it may concern, Please take note, that the below complaint is in connection with the poor service delivery that I have experienced to date. A claim was recently put through for 2 cellphone devices, listed below: - Samsung Galaxy tablet lite - Samsung Galaxy A3 It was then communicated to me, that in order for my claim to be processed, I needed to open a case, which has been done. Case number and affidavit, ITC reference number had been submitted, to show proof of the blockish. I was then instructed to send through necessary documents. Over above this, an excess amount would need to be paid for both devices. - Samsung A3 – R514.90 - Samsung tablet – R250.00 Upon following-up with my claim, I was told that a screen short of when last the SIM Card has been used would need to also be submitted. I take issue with this request, as the SIM card is not insured under my plan. And I will be required to pay an excess amount for the SIM swop. Please explain the relevance of the above request, as I am unsure of the importance of the screen shot, unless the SIM swop will be covered. I have never claimed, before on this insurance plan, which I have been on for the past 17 months. This is the first claim that I put through. And I am experiencing great difficulty in trying to get to a resolution. It is also unclear to my cellphone provider why a proof of when the SIM was last used needs to be submitted. At the moment, I am currently without a cellphone, which has caused a great deal of inconvenience, as I rely on it on a daily basis, in my field of work. I will be taking this complaint to my attorney and placing this official complaint on HELLOPETER
