Bad credit score because of account which was paid in full

Good day, I have been trying to get an account removed with the bureau for couple of of months now but no help, my account is paid up and requested cancelation on February and it was cancelled , it has been over months already and no update on the bureau, can somebody please contact me on urgently to get this done when i call customer care they refer me legal department and they saying they dont have numbers, when i send email is not responding, why i have to suffer because i didnt renew my contract, what you doing is not fair,please send me paidup letter i will send to credit bureau, i cant qualify for credit because of you
