BAD CREDIT for no REASON

I am writing this due to utter dismay with the way Cell C handles business, and gave me a bad credit record, for no reason, nor have sorted this out, or gotten back to me. On the 28th of Feb 22, I requested for a paid up letter and my name to be cleared, and this has been a back and forth situation with no one being able to assist me, or sort this out, just being told its being investigated.

I never missed any payment at all -as per arrangement but my account gets moved to different attorneys due to R1.20 in arrears, which i was not even aware of!!!!! Now that I am aware of the R1.20, they also not allowing me to pay this over, nor where this must be paid into, as know one knows who is dealing with my case.

Absolutely shocking - that no one is even willing to assist me, and now I have a bad credit record, and cannot take out any loan, or contracts going forward. Really upsetting!!!
