Bad Credit Bureau Listing which is incorrect!!!!!
I currently have a credit bureau listing that says I'm in arrears of R140 with Cell C. My account is paid up and I have received the paid up letter dated the 19 January 2024. The notation on the letter states "All updates to the credit bureaus can take 2 to 21 working days." We are now at the end of March 2024 and its not updated!!!!!
This is unacceptable. Please attend to it immediately.

Yes, when you tried twice yesterday I was unavailable. I did reply to your email advising of an alternate number to call back. You then tried this morning at 7.46am ... people its early I'm busy maybe try a second time.
