Bad ****py service

Hi my name is Kariema Herm**** I have a contract with Cell c and I am so disgusted with their poor services I have to deal with this past year .I was subscribed to cellc get more services and asked them to cancel my subscription as I did not find a need for it .I have called in February 2018 for the cancellation and was told I will be refunded cause I was still being charged every month. When I call them again the 3Rd November 2018 they claimed I will be refunded 30 days after cancellation but it's been almost a year and no refund yet but they have suspended my services how unfair is that
