BAD COSTUMER SERVICES CELL-C
I've been calling for days now to the retention department to speak to Jennifer. Who did my upgrade for me in November 2019. My contract has now fall into place as the 24 months ended.
Cell C you fail me every time I do an upgrade with you. I'm waiting for my data to be loaded and one idiot kept putting me through to another. And this Jennifer is always not available.
Not once did someone of cell C get back to me. You guys are disgusting in your services. I'm hoping to have my contracts cancel with you very soon.
