Bad Contract with Cell C
I had a contract with Cell C for a laptop and data, when the contract was about to expire they called me several times persuading me to renew the contract time and as it ended they called me and told me that your my contract will be expiring and I told them that is fine I don't want to renew including the data for every month because it was a package. After the contract expired for its duration they kept on debiting my account then I assumed that it was a mistake I let it go, then they kept on debiting the account again then I reverse the amount. Up to date they still debit my account and I keep on reversing the amounts. As they keep on debiting my account each and every month in so doing as they do but then they were not giving me data for my WIFI from the time the contract expired. it is a ******* because CELL C cant keep on debiting my account whereas they don't give me data as agreed, what are they debiting for then. They recently called me even up to date saying that i owe them money of about R2400 from the time the contract expired and without them giving me data, so I am confused as to what and why are they still debiting my account whereas the contract expired and then no data was offered to me after it came to an end but then they still debit my account with no data offered. Recently today they send me a bill claiming that I owe them R2400 and so and I didn't cancel the contract with them. I mean what systems are they using to do that as to say the contract expired but then they still debit my account.

20 Jul 2021, 14:47Yes you called me in so many occasions to enquire about my contract and I did not want to renew, but you kept on debiting my account. Even after the contract ended u kept on debiting and I told all your consultants each and every time on the phone to put an end to my contract as I didn't want to renew. I noticed that data was not provided after the contract ended but on the other side you busy debiting my account each month. so why and what are you debiting on my account always and I ask my self what systems/method are you using to debit my account whereas or but with no data provided on my Wi-Fi rooter.

21 Jul 2021, 12:56It started from last year as early as Oct/November if not mistaken, informing me about renewal of my contract that is about to expire, as I said I don't want another Laptop or new phone or Wi-Fi to renew for now. It was different numbers 084135 or 140/5, and also the 087 288 ending with 298 or 291 telling me they calling from Cell C as usual, hence I'm saying it was different numbers but I could hear consultants in the background talking to clients about renewals, promotions, contracts, specials and all that. It is like a call center if I can answer your questions.
