bad consultants

Im at my work then i get a call saying that i am in arrears with my account which is not true. Im paid to date. then they still want to argue and say im in arrears. why cant they see their profiles before making an call like that

Fed up with Cellc who is constantly contacting me now for payments that not reflecting. How do they check their bankstatements if the payments are not allocated to our accounts. i was told to pay my account by nedbank with a reference nr and now a month later they call me to say its not been paid as i did pay it with the correct account nr and reference nr. SO WHERE DID MY MONEY GO TO. I NEED ANSWERS PLEASE

I do have 2 accounts with cellc and never missed a payment now all of a sudden a month later they phone me and tell me they did not receive payment, i want it sorted out as i paid my accounts. i paid the one at a nedbank atm with a reference nr so how can they not pick up my payment with my reference nr that cellc gave me. i need it resolved today.

Payment was made on the 5th of November 2022 at a nedbank atm with reference nr *** please check your bank statements....

so now you tell me that my accounts both of them in not in arrears as the consultants try to tell me. i need to have it on paper that im not in arrears on both my accounts. i dont want the same repeat this month when i pay
