Bad company (cell c) bad service

<p>Firstly they added a data only sim onto my contract without my knowledge and made me pay it for a while(no refund).bad! Then i reported the matter and they suspended my account to investigate.(i couldn't make calls on my intended sim).bad! Then i went into the store as call centre couldn't resolve the issue, the consultant resolved the issue and made a comment insinuating i was an idiot for letting this go on for so long???horrible! Then i phoned the call center to notify them of my other contract's expiry that is due in one month and asked her to cancel it after it expired. She said fine, there is one payment left then the contract is finished. Not to be, even one more month later they took a strange amount from my bank account. I phoned the call center and got the most confused human to assist me, my expired contract was R150 a month, however she said it was R189 then a few minutes later it was R80 and then she asked me what i should be paying. She said the extra debit was because i did not notify cellc 30 days in advance (i have the recording to prove it) she then started blaming the first consultant for the problem. I laid a complaint, received a ref. Nr. And they told me they will contact me within 2 days, guess what? 8 days later i am writing this on hellopeter and I'm still waiting. I asked her when will the remaining contract expire? She said "start of june so sir you should phone us start of may to notify us" i told her that doesn't work notifying a month early! Don't think of taking a contract with cell c. Pay back my money cell c</p>
