Bad communications and a ********** account.

I have tried to call Cell C Head Office - no answer. Cell C Legal department - doesn't connect (??). This is absolutely unacceptable. Certainly not leading in communications. This is in connection with a ********** account. Maybe someone will contact me now.

Someone opened an account using my wife's ID number. This poses a legal risk to us. Apart from the legal risks, my wife now has this delinquent account reflected on her credit record.

Your wife must send an e-mail to *** with an affidavit, copy of ID and bank statement if there were any amounts debited from her bank account.

A case will be opened with our ***** team and she will be assisted accordingly.
