Bad communication

Good day,

About last week monday I wrote a review regarding Cell c bad communication with a contract i had 3 years ago apparently they stated I owe them money still handed me over to lawyers who can't evens do there job properly with no communication as to why I have to pay them more then what they told me August 2022. Cell c rehanded the account over for what I don't know ? Lawyers telling me they closed the account and opened it again but why ? And now they are telling me I owe them more then was communicated the first time which is really ridiculous. I really hope Cell c will get back to me ASAP because they stated they will get back to me in 48hrs it's been a week so do tell me how can this be resolved?
