BAD COMMUNICATION
I AM IN ALWAYS IN ARREARS WITH MY ACCOUNT LATE AND INCORRECT COMMUNICATION FROM CELL IS FRUSTRATING. LATELY MY ACCOUNT IS BLOKED CONTINIUOSLY AND PROOF OF PAYMENT WAS SEND AND MY ACCOUNT WAS OPENED AND JUST AFTER 3 DAYS CLOSE AGAIN.

allocated via Finance Department the 3rd January 2022 and about the 6th they its blocked again according to the agents the amount was sufficient hence the reason the account was open the 3rd now i hear its debit order money panelties again its frustrating. I am going to Capitec for a letter and i am also under debt review hence the change of banks.

11 Jan 2022, 09:28I ask September already via email for debit order to be removed as the bank cannot do it but Cell C persist with deducting via debit order. Now i must pay penalties.
